Shakespeare sputtered in the guttering Summer 

licking a lager lizardlike, foam trickling 

down 

his 

bard

beard

guffawing like a horse mad 

heroic oedipus wreck, wooing women

with wine & fine crafted lines growing like vines curling

into weedlions and roaring at the stage of bianca shrewing violets.
